What makes it special
Ohio State Athletics advertises its Scarlet and Gray venue portfolio for private functions. Its rental policy describes specific club rooms, suites and stadium areas, each with approval procedures, differing capacities and setup requirements.
Best for
University-alumni gatherings, impressive corporate receptions, sports-minded weddings and special events.
Before booking: Not every stadium area or field activity is automatically rentable. Ask Athletics for the current fee schedule, allowed event type and space-specific capacity.
What to ask the venue
- Is the proposed date available, and what is the space-specific rental price?
- What is the maximum guest count for our exact seated or standing layout?
- Which catering, alcohol, sound, security and insurance rules apply?
- What is included in setup, cleanup, parking and staff time?
- Can we tour the venue and receive a written proposal?
